The Curious Whereabouts of Donovan Hedge – D&D Oneshot

Some call Donovan Hedge a crook and a swindler and some think of him as the greatest artificer that has ever lived! His „Magic Shop for Gifting and the Gifted“ is well stocked but it is said to be quite a gamble to get something actually useful from it.
Since about three days (and a previous explosion in his shop) the shop has been closed for business and Donovan Hedge is nowhere to be seen. A very angry client has now asked you to find him, or more specifically a magical orb that Donovan just three days ago had promised to crack open for the client.
